Ivory sarees have a distinctive look to themselves that is hard to resist. Maybe that is the reason why most of us have one or have tried one at least once. Our celebrities are no different and the latest actress to be smitten by the beauty is Priyanka Mohan. For an event she had to attend, she decided to drape on an ivory saree by Shanti Benaras.

The benarsi saree is left plain on its body. However, the hemlines and the border make up for it. While the hem has solid piping, the borders are decorated with hand embroidered motifs in zari. Moreover, the pallu is completely drenched in gold zari with tassels. She paired the saree with a silk blouse sans sleeves.
She matched the outfit with a pair of antique gold earrings and a set of bangles by Amrapali. A low-tied pony with contoured cheeks, lined eyes and glossy lips complements the look.
